About Bar Serra
A neighborhood bar built to feel like something more. Bar Serra is where great food, thoughtful drinks, and a room worth being in all show up at the same time.

The vision of Bar Serra, from the beginning, was to create a neighborhood bar and restaurant in a setting that felt genuinely special without ever feeling stuffy. Casually upscale is the right way to put it. The kind of place that works for a quick weekday lunch, an after-work drink, a long dinner with friends, or a nightcap when you just need one more good cocktail before calling it a night.
Born In Utica Square
Established 2022
Bar Serra opened in October 2022, tucked into Art Alley at Utica Square between Banana Republic and Muse. It was the first entirely new restaurant concept to arrive at the shopping center in about a decade, and McNellie's Group built it to feel like it belonged there permanently. A custom mural fills the far wall, turning what was once a forgotten stretch of real estate into a destination worth visiting on its own terms.
The structure was designed to breathe. The glass roof and paneled walls open fully when the weather cooperates, and on a clear Tulsa afternoon with a light breeze moving through the alley, the room stops feeling like a restaurant and starts feeling like the best possible version of outside.

Food
&
Drink
The Bar Serra kitchen keeps things focused and does them extremely well. The menu leans Mediterranean, built around bold flavors, quality ingredients, and dishes that reward you for ordering them more than once. Crispy artichokes. A Mediterranean bowl that regulars order on repeat. Brick chicken. A hanger steak with chimichurri. A cheeseburger that holds its own against anything in the state.

Come for lunch today. Stay for dinner tonight. Come back tomorrow.
Bar Serra is open seven days a week at Utica Square in Tulsa and Midtown Oklahoma City. Reservations are recommended and walk-ins are always welcome.
